STA82 button controlled magnetic adjust thyristor trigger board is with 10 pulse trigger control output, two-stage strong excitation setting, fast discharge action, excitation demagnetization voltage and time are adjustable, two buttons to achieve on, off and magnetic adjustment function. It has voltage limit setting when adjust magnetic, 32-bit industrial grade microprocessor, highly digital safety standard design, use for electromagnet control applications. The fault alarm and interface parameters are displayed by LED digital tube menu, and the parameters will be automatically stored after setting. The control board has the functions such as phase loss protection, undercurrent protection, overcurrent protection, and working status indication. The control process adopts three-phase full control bridge rectification excitation and single phase full control bridge rectification demagnetization to achieve electromagnet control, which can trigger thyristor below 1000A, and control board has conformal coating protection.
